Worship is so much more than a song or a church service. It's a powerful encounter with God that fundamentally changes us. We'll be exploring the effects a life of worship can have for you and how you can incorporate it more into your own rhythms. We will have a time of Q&A at the end.

Join Pieter Valk, a gay celibate Christian, for an honest conversation about Christian sexual ethics in our everyday lives. He'll share his personal story, offer suggestions for straight and gay Christians, and invite students to share honest questions.

Human trafficking exists and is happening all over our world. People are being sold, abused and exploited. Today, there are still 2.8 billion people who have no access to the Gospel. 66,000 people will die today without ever having heard the Good News. That’s crazy! In some towns in the United States there are churches on every corner. What can we do to change this reality? In Matthew 28 Jesus calls us to “Go and make disciples of every nation.” We have a part to play in helping people know Jesus.

A Rule of Life is an orderly path of discipleship. The Anglican Way of following Jesus offers a brilliant Rule of Life to disciples of all ages—it is the Life of Christ Himself: as a prism can refract a beam of light into a rainbow spectrum, and as an architect shapes a room which in turn shapes its inhabitants, so the life of Christ, refracted into the spectrum of the Christian Year, shapes those who embrace a Prayer Book Spirituality. The best things in life tend to the real, rather than the virtual—and thus there are lots of lonely people in a hyper-connected world. Young Americans seem hungry for a Rule of Life that involves other people in real community—along with a faith to believe and a place to belong. Learn how God’s Old Testament calendar finds its way through the prism of Jesus into a colorful Prayer Book Spirituality which Young Anglicans can adopt as a meaningful, lifelong, catholic, and evangelical Rule of Life.

Choice is a flattering word – we see it all over the news, especially lately with abortion restrictions being passed in several states. Whether you know nothing about abortion, or you consider yourself an expert, we’ll hit on all the basics and dig deeper into what the “big deal” is with abortion, especially as a Christian. Because here’s the truth: behind every abortion is a little boy or girl, whose life was brutally ended in the name of "choice." In this workshop, we’ll take a real look at what abortion is doing to our country, and how being against abortion is not about choice – it’s about life, protecting it, and protecting our relationships, families, and those that Jesus cares the most about.
